Abstract

The purpose of this case study is to discuss the treatment of  MUSK positive Myasthenia gravis of a 40-year-old woman who presented with respiratory failure and generalized fatigability. The patient discussed had a long stay in hospital with ICU admission and needed plasmapheresis and monoclonal antibodies to stabilize and treat her.
